Access Runtime Issues

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

If certain text and warning messages appear in German language despite the fact that you have set Datagraph-med to English (or any other of the available languages) it may be due to a German version of the installed Access Runtime. In that case you may want to install a local language version of Access Runtime.

For Office 2013 installations local language versions of MS Access Runtime are available here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39358

For Office 2016 and Office 2019  installations local language versions of MS Access Runtime are available here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50040

For Office 365  installations local language versions of MS Access Runtime are available here:

Make sure you choose the 32 bit version. You will have to de-install any preexisting Access Runtime versions before installing a new one.

Our Installation media and website download includes the 32 Bit version of Access Runtime. The 64 Bit version of MS Office is not supported.
